URL: https://plume.arunprakashg.com/terms/

These terms apply to the Plume WordPress plugin ("Software") and the website plume.arunprakashg.com. By downloading or using the Software, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

## License

Plume is free and open-source software released under the MIT License. Copyright (c) 2026 Arun Prakash.

Under the MIT License you may use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense and sell copies of the Software. You may do this on any number of sites, free of charge. The one condition is that the copyright notice and the permission notice are included in all copies or substantial portions of the Software.

The full license text is at [github.com/ArunPrakashG/media-offload/blob/main/LICENSE](https://github.com/ArunPrakashG/media-offload/blob/main/LICENSE). If these terms and that text differ, the license text controls.

Third-party libraries bundled with the plugin keep their own licenses. They are listed in the plugin's readme.

## Source code and contributions

The source code is public at [github.com/ArunPrakashG/media-offload](https://github.com/ArunPrakashG/media-offload). Bug reports, feature requests and contributions are welcome. Contributions you submit are accepted under the MIT License, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

## Support

Support is community-based and given on a best-effort basis. You can use the GitHub issue tracker or email [hello@usenimbus.dev](mailto:hello@usenimbus.dev). There is no guaranteed response time and no service-level agreement.

## Third-party services

The Software works with cloud storage providers, such as Amazon S3 and Cloudflare R2, and with cache plugins that you configure yourself. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them. Plume is not responsible for the actions, availability or data handling of any third-party provider you connect.

## Trademarks

"Plume" and the Plume logo identify this project. The MIT License covers the code. It does not give permission to use the name or logo to suggest endorsement of a competing or forked product.

## No warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. NIMBUS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED OR FREE OF SECURITY VULNERABILITIES.

## Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS, COPYRIGHT HOLDERS OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM OR FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE OR YOUR USE OF IT.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes are first handled by good-faith negotiation. If that fails, they go to the competent courts of the developer's jurisdiction.

## Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Software after a change means you accept the revised terms.
